The site is very focused on their international insurance plans but to be truly innovative they need to cater for their customers’ wider needs.  This site lacks information, advice and interaction.

The site state that they ‘dare to compare’. They state that they are ‘so confident in the combination of benefits, services and pricing we offer that we invite you to compare our products and services with our competitors at insuremytrip.com’.

They may not have in-house comparison but at least they are confidence of their value and give customers a way to check their prices and policy cover against others.
