Travel Insure for sure

Their Travel Resources page links in to many other travel sites offering tips and advice. The site includes information on travel insurance as well as testimonials from travel agents using their insurance services.

It does however need more content to give it added interest and depth.

How easy is it to get an online quote? Here we evaluate how insurance quotes are given and the time it takes to get a quote..

The quote system is easy and quick. You are presented with a list of benefits and limits as well as the ability to add optional cover, for example sports injuries or cancellation for work reasons.

Prior to getting a quote you are able to compare the different level plans side by side to help you decide which you would like to get a quote for.

This site only provides details of its own policies and does not shop around with a variety of companies.

Just what can I insure here? This parameter evaluates the range of travel insurance policies on offer at this site..

There are comprehensive plans, medical protection, airline ticket plans and more.

There are four comprehensive plans in total, each with different benefits and price ranges. The basic plan includes trip cancellation and interruption, emergency accident and sickness medical cover and more.

Some travel insurance plans include kids free and even terrorism cover.

Why is it different to other insurance sites? We graded on originality and innovation..

We are impressed with the range of ‘extras’ included on the site, aimed at providing information and interest for customers.

However, with their news site having no fresh stories for two months, their blog empty for three months and just one video on their YouTube channel, these guys need to maintain the excellent infrastructure they have put in place in order to keep their site fresh and worthy of a return visit.

Travel Insured have a presence on Linked In, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. There is a monthly newsletter, which is kept up to date, as well as a blog; although the last post is 3 month old.

Are there deals here? We graded the extra value you can get for your buck..

There is no section on discounts and the site does not compare its own products against other companies so you do not really get a feel for the value of the quotes you receive and probably still need to shop around once you get your quote.
