The site has a big focus on car insurance online, offering many policies for different vehicle types, including commercial. They also offer some other policies such as home insurance, rental insurance and other specialisms, although not quite as comprehensive as more generic insurance companies such as Geico.

The Progressive Insurance site navigation works OK but was not as clear as others we viewed. There was no special page to discuss discounts and we found ourselves using the search box on the occasions the menu navigation let us down.
