21st century Insurance
21st.com specialize in car insurance but do promote a range of other insurance options such as renters and home insurance.  These however are provided by other companies.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..

The site’s navigation works fine but there is less content on this site when compared to other insurance companies.  They have dipped their toes in a few areas, such as providing information on coverage, but they are easily trumped by the range of articles and advice on other sites. Overall the site lacks depth and the navigation tool isn’t particularly challenged.

In addition, there is no search box for free searches, which is a big let down.

How easy is it to get an online quote? Here we evaluate how insurance quotes are given and the time it takes to get a quote..

The quote tool is simple to use and results in a single quote that can be tailored and amended accordingly.  The display format of the quote is very basic, using small print and poor presentation.

Although the quote was comprehensive, we like the fact that other sites tend to give two quotes side by side.  It was hard to decide what changes to make to this quote without another one to compare it to.

It should also be noted that 21st.com don’t have online insurance quotes available in all States.

Are there online discounts and deals here? Does the site offer savings for returning customers? We graded the extra value you can get for your buck..
Discounts are applied at the end of the quotation process but there is no information page outlining these for those who are surfing the site for info and don’t wish to go obtain a quote at this stage.  This type of information should be easier to access.
