We punched in the zip codes for ten states into the quotation tool and on each of them it told us it didn’t offer online quoting in that state. A telephone number is provided as an alternative.

We typed in major states and the limitations of the tool were disappointing.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..

The navigation is clear and sorts out the types of vehicles insured, the varieties of insurance and also basic information about insurance.

Within each section there is a left hand sub menu.  The tool works fine and is complimented by a search box.

Here we look at the quality of the business insurance information and articles on the website. Does the content give you a good breakdown about the cover? Is the language easy to follow or does it use over-complicated business jargon?.
The insurance options and benefits are very well explained.  They are jargon free and informative.  We felt however, that there could be a broader content on this site and that it just ‘did the minimum’.
