The site explains the range of research on offer but does not go into the benefits, levels or costs.  Instead you need to call up or email for further information. For a site that is well designed and contains only limited information which is an added advatage for people whoc actually want to use their services because if more information is required then an email or contact information will work.

The range of business insurance on this site is comparable with many and includes workers’ compensation, commercial auto, professional liability, employment practices liability, pollution, business income and more. However, they do not advertize any industry specific insurance or promote any specialist policies.

Why is it different to other business insurance websites? We graded on originality and innovation..

Commercial Insurance share a wealth of online resources and tools with clients.  They have separate sites such as MyWave which contains user-friendly tools on safety, health, risk management and insurance resources. There are also regular legal updates, FAQ, links to forms and over 100 industry websites as well as a chat feature for HR professionals to discuss ideas and issues. Other sites include Broker Briefcase and Plan Advisor.

The range of online resources that clients benefit from is immense however a major let down is the lack of detail on their products and agents as well as very basic slip ups like the lack of Privacy Policy.

Support is via phone line or email to specific policy experts. The reaction from the exevutives towards queries and mor information is quick which is a an added adcantage.

The privacy policy section of the site was empty!! But any such information can be taken from the executive by just sending an email.
