Quality of the information. Here we look at the quality of the insurance information and posts on the blog. Is the language easy to follow? Have they been able to make insurance interesting?.

The content is all newsworthy; some posts have direct links to insurance whereas others are about health, travel etc. in general, as opposed to having a specific insurance angle. The posts themselves are chatty and quite fun but many recent blogs are not the type of topic someone visiting an insurance blog would necessarily expect to find.  Looking through the archives however there are some useful posts too – this one appears to be a ‘hit and miss type of a blog.

There’s an RSS feed but no other social avenues.  Some posts do attract a comment or two.

What else can I do here? We gave extra points to sites with RSS feeds, images, video, mobile and audio..
They appear to have tried out wacky video blogs in 2006 and then abandoned the idea. There is one video blog in 2009.
